Entry Requirements
Before you apply for registration, make sure to check the following:
a) You will need to:
Be a Fijian Citizen
Be at least 18 years old when classes start
Have completed Year 12 & 13 with a pass in English
Have served in a General Election (not required)
Have a passion to serve at the Fijian Elections Office
b) Registration Confirmation Letter
To confirm a student’s successful registration for a term, IDEE will issue a Registration Confirmation Letter. This official document serves as proof of enrolment and includes the following details:
Student Particulars
Full name, student ID number, program of study, and current semester of enrolment
Registration Information
A breakdown of registered courses, including course codes, titles, and modes of study.
Academic calendar details
Official start and end dates of the applicable term.
Medium of Instruction
Language in which the program is delivered.
The letter is issued on official IDEE letterhead and is stamped and signed by an authorized representative of the institution.
